Q: How do I setup an account with Updated Furniture ?

A: You can setup an account with Updated Furniture by calling us at our main office or nearby branchs. Pplease refer to our Contact Us page

Q: As a general consumer, can I purchase products directly from Updated Furniture ?

A: Being a furniture wholesaler, Updated does not sells to the general public. Updated only sells to furniture retailers & distributors.

Q: What is the minimum amount for my order?

A: There is no minimum order for self pick-up customer, $600 minimum for shipping orders.

Q: How are the shipping order being handled?

A: After customer placed an order, Updated will obtain a quote for the freight. If agreed upon, customer will "prepaid" the freight charges and then Updated will arrange for the carrier to pick-up.

Q: What is the return policy?

A: Exchange for manufacture defective items must be made within 180 days. Requesting parts for damage by customer will be ask for additional charges.

Q: Where and how can I get an Updated's catalog ?

A: After you have setup an account with Updated, the catalog will be given or mailed it directly to you.

Q: Will the items that display on your website will be the exacttly with the one I'll be receiving?

A: Due to minor modification on some products, the item that you will be received, might be slight different with the one that displayed on this website. Product color might vary due to viewer's monitor display on brightness.
